Pilates and the Chair

Morning. How is everyone today? Nearly weekend 😁

Go grab your chair and take a seat.
Only joking, no sitting around! We are going to be using the chair in our class today.

Using the chair is a great way to change up our exercises, get your core muscles working hard, especially when we are balancing and a nice way to add a bit more of a challenge to the upper body.
