Fitness has always been a part of my life and has always helped me through difficult times, both mentally and physically. It has kept me fit through pregnancy and helped me heal after a tough labour. I know the importance of this when it comes to using fitness to feel happy, healthy and confident.
I have used the Energy Alignment Method to support me in many ways, through a toxic relationship, pregnancy worries and with healing after a 3rd degree tear.
