Yes! And you can access them all as soon as you sign up.
There are a variety of exercises. Some focus on a particular part of the body, some are full body, some include props, like the magic circle, some a shorter 15 minute workouts, some longer 1 hour recorded classes.
The majority is 30 minutes long to allow you to easily slot it into your everyday life. However, there are some shorter 10-15 minute long workouts and longer 60 minute workouts too.
With the on-demand service, you have the chance to book an online chat to go over anything you need to before you start.
You can email me any time if you are stuck or want some guidance.
If you want more, you can choose to add 1:1 private sessions (which can be online or in person) or join a group class.
You can cancel any time by going to your profile in bsport and cancelling the subscription in your subscriptions tab.
A lot of the workouts can be done with just a mat. However, I do like to do workouts using equipment, like the small ball, magic circle, bands, etc, because they can make a real difference to the workout and how you feel it in your body.
