Happy Friday! In this session we are taking things back to basics. This class is ideal for a beginner but also great if you are more advanced.
As we are slowing everything down and really focusing on what we are doing, it helps us engage the right muscles and feel what is happening in our body.
If you are more advanced, use this session to really tune into your body, the pelvic floor muscles, the transverse abdominal muscle, and notice what’s happening on a deeper level as you have more understanding of your body.
