A Little Bit Of Glutes

Hello,

As the name suggests, we are working the glutes today, but we are also working on hip mobility, by working and moving the legs and glutes in different ways.

Hip mobility is really important to keep the hip joints healthy and as the hips affect the whole body, we want to keep them strong, flexible and mobile.
