Abs Fun
We are working the abs today, and the oblique a little bit too. You will feel the abs by the end of this (and if you don’t, redo it with more focus on your abs 😉).
There is a new flow movement that we haven’t done before too, so that’s exciting.
As always, listen to your body, have breaks when you need to, and anything that feels too much, skip it, you can always come back to it another day.
