Hi Ceza ,
I tried the roll over to standing and couldn’t get anywhere near standing up! Any tips?
I maybe need to show you the roll overs with the bicycles and the other movements to see if I’m doing them right. I’ve not been that confident with roll overs since I had lower back tightness but that was a good while ago now, and I seem to be able to do them without any problems lately 🙂
