What Warrior In Training can offer:

In Person Session
Pilates session for up to 15 people at your workplace. This is the best way to get hands on correction to get the most out of Pilates. I will give options and modifications, so beginner to advanced, fit to injured can participate. I will provide mats and any other equipment needed.

Online Zoom Session
Online session via Zoom. Employees can join from their workplace, whether that’s the office or home. I will offer options and modifications, so it is suitable for all levels, and takes into consideration any injuries and aches.

On-Demand Session
Pre-recorded Pilates session, can be used on your wellbeing platform. These sessions allow employees to do Pilates in their own time and still get the benefits from it.

Pricing
Individual sessions are priced at £180 and are 50 minutes in duration. For in-person sessions, all necessary mats and equipment will be provided. We can discuss and agree on suitable dates and times based on your availability and interests.

Hi, I’m Ceza. I have been teaching Pilates for over 10 years, in various Pilates studios in London, Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow, including Glasgow Caledonian University and West Dumbartonshire Leisure. I’ve also run session for staff at the Holiday Inn and InterContinental Hotels in London and ThermoFisher Scientific in Paisley.
Pilates is low impact fitness and has helped 100s of my clients improve their back pain, posture and overall fitness, as well as improve mental health to feel less stressed, and more confident.
