Morning,
Today’s session is all about flow. Some of the movements are more intermediate/advanced, so don’t do them if they feel too much.
(take breaks if you need to but try to do it without too many breaks).

That was a good workout! Sweaty, indeed.
Hehe. Sometimes we have to sweat in Pilates too (although I seem to get sweaty in every class! lol). Flow is a great way to get the heart rate up a bit more than usual.
