Flow Workout
Hello,
Today’s session is a flow session. We are flowing from one exercise to another with less breaks between exercises.
This is great for building up stamina and really putting the Pilates principle of flow into action.
If you need to take breaks, then do. I am not demonstrating modifications, I am talking them through, but anything that feels too much for you, skip it.
