Flowing Into The Weekend

We are incorporating the Pilates Principle of Flow in this session, moving from one exercise to another with minimal breaks. 

A really nice way to test our stamina and put everything we have been learning together. 

The idea is we flow from one movement to another but if you do need a break, take a break.
