Band Workout

We are using the bands today to have an all over workout. 

We will be working the arms and upper body, abs, legs and glutes. 

A great way to add resistance to our workout, but also a good one for some mobility exercises.

If you don’t have a band, you can do the session without a band or grab one via my recommendations.

OMG, my glutes were on fire! I do enjoy some banded leg and glute work, thanks for these!
