HIIT Pilates

We are having some fun today and doing a HIIT Pilates session. 

It’ll be 30 seconds of a particular movement, with 10 seconds break. 

This is a great way to increase the heart rate too and build a bit more stamina as we are having less breaks.

Hi Ceza

That got the heart rate up, definitely! It was good to cover all the different movements, helping me get back into doing them all again. When you do a double leg lift on the side , do you have your legs out at an angle or in line with the body?
