Flow Into The Week
Today we are doing a flow session. This is incorporating the Pilates principle of flow, which means we are moving from one exercise to another more quickly, so less breaks in between.
This is a great way to challenge ourselves a little more, build up stamina and get those muscles working hard.
I haven’t added anything too difficult and have given options for harder moves. If you feel yourself losing form, stop, readjust and then continue. Also, have breaks if you need to.
