Let’s get those inner thighs working! Lots of exercises to strengthen the inner thigh muscles.
Other muscles get lots of attention but the inner thighs can be overlooked, so today we are giving them some love and attention.
Some of the exercises use a small ball. If you don’t have one, a cushion or rolled up towel works just as well.
