We are working hard today with this one. We are going for flow and advanced movements.
Challenging the whole body with this one. It is fun (I think it is!) and allows you to put everything we have been learning together and taking it to the next level.
Glad you enjoyed the flow. The boomerang is hard. It is an advanced movement and to lift the legs while maintaining the rest of the body in the same position is hard, so it might take time to be able to perfect it. It takes a lot more strength than it seems.
I don’t think I’ve quite got the hang of the boomerang and bringing my legs down without an almighty THUD! Ha! Enjoyed the flow : )
