All Over Workout
This workout is working the whole body. Lots of fun movements. You can choose to use the small ball, foam roller, a towel or cushion, whatever you have handy.
Didn’t do as many planks as I had planned but there is only so much I can do in 30 mins. (I’ll save them for a class of their own).

Yay. I love the small ball! Oh yeah, the wrong way round criss cross. I love them. Really makes you think about alignment and engage core to not fall to the side. 😀
