Last class of 2022! We are going to end it with an energetic class that will get us working the whole body and getting the blood pumping a bit more than usual.

Ceza. at the start of that workout, I thought my core was going to snap in half – those leg and arm extensions – wow! That was an energetic start to 2023.
Hehe, I hope not too much on the core. Sounds like your core worked hard though. 😀 A good way to start 2023.
