Core Workout with Props
Hey!
Today we are using the foam roller and the small ball to really work the core muscles.
Both the small ball and foam roller help us tune in to what our muscles are doing. It also stops us relaxing those muscles, which means they are working throughout the session.
This is a great way to ensure the right muscles are working, because let’s face it, sometimes our body takes the easy route and doesn’t engage certain muscles as we require them to.
