Today we are focusing and flowing through our workout. The focus is how we are moving and what muscles we are activating.
The session flows from one exercise to another, but do take breaks if you need to.

I really noticed that I could get a better position when I was focusing on the feet in the shoulder bridge : )
Brilliant. Focusing on what our feet are doing is so helpful for shoulder bridge as it is easier to feel into than trying to think about what our legs are doing. When I teach in person, I’m often looking at people’s feet when they do shoulder bridge as it affects the rest of the body.
