The reason I love teaching Burlexercise is because it is FUN!

When I mention Burlexercise to most people, they think it is burlesque and don’t feel confident enough to come along and give it a try.

It is NOT burlesque! Burlesque would be fun but this is a fitness class with touches of showgirl moves and burlesque inspired music.

It is a medium to high intensity fitness class designed specifically for an all over body workout. Classes take you on a physical journey, burning calories, toning and tightening all those problem areas from top to bottom. It incorporates dance cardio and resistance training.

Our dumbbells have boas attached! Who doesn’t want that?!

The music is great.
The dancing is great.
The muscle aching is great.

Yes, we are working hard and burning a lot of calories, but we are having fun while we do it. You may leave dripping, but remember…

…We don’t sweat in class, WE SPARKLE!

I’m not the best dancer and if you saw me practising, you’d know that! I spend a lot of time practising before I teach a new song to look half decent!

That’s why I don’t mind if you are the best dancer or the most uncoordinated person on the planet! If I see you are doing completely the wrong move, as long as you aren’t hurting yourself (or anyone else), I’m ok with that.

My classes are about MOVING, having FUN and leaving feeling AMAZING!

Burlexercise is all about embracing your feminine energy to feel empowered, sexy and confident. I want you to leave feeling good in your body, feeling beautiful.

I love how my clients bounce out of Burlexercise class, full of energy and smiles, full of confidence and ready to shimmy past any obstacle life throws at them.
