Some more abs for you!

The sound starts fine, then goes really crackly, and the last few minutes it completely stops.

Not sure what was going on with the mic. Hopefully you can hear it. It might be a video to watch more than listen! Sorry!

I put in some new stuff, so if you can’t hear the instructions and can’t make out what I’m doing, let me know and I can record a quick video to show that move.
