Stretch & LoosenL
Today we are stretching the body and loosening up all the muscles. This is ideal when your body is stiff, a bit achy or just in general to give the body a stretch boost.
With things like the spine twist, if you can record yourself to see how you are moving that would be great. I can see from the video my legs are moving slightly but when I’m doing it, I’m not necessarily feeling that movement, which is why filming yourself or looking in a mirror is great to see these little movements.
