Stretch & Balance
Morning.
Today’s session is quite different. Another Pilates instructor taught this and I wasn’t sure how it would be, but I tried it. I was pleasantly surprised.
Before I tried the session I felt really stiff, my back was hurting, but afterwards I felt so much looser in my body and like my back had stretched.
So, I decided to film it for you as it is a different way of moving the body and opening it.
