Chair & Band Workout
Morning!
Today’s session is focusing on the upper body. We are using the band but some of these you can do without a band, using weights or nothing and creating your own resistance.
The session is longer today at 45 minutes. I think some of it is just me talking, or I got carried away by the exercises.
