Morning!
It’s all about legs today!
This session meant my quads were on fire for 2 days! Don’t let that put you off though.
It is a little bit different to our usual class, has more standing exercises, but a great way to work the legs. And remember, just because we are working the legs, doesn’t mean we forget about the core or the rest of the body.
