Swiss Ball Workout
Hello,
Today’s session uses the big swiss ball. The swiss ball adds an extra challenge to the exercises and gets you to really focus on using those core muscles. You can use weights for some of the exercises to work the upper body a bit more.
If you don’t have a swiss ball don’t worry, everything can be done on the mat without the ball.
