Core Flow
Good morning!
Today’s session flows from one exercise to another, with less breaks in between. It is one aimed at the core muscles.
If it feels a bit fast paced for you, you can slow it down and break it up with stretches (like knee hugs or forward stretches, etc).
Some of the exercises might be a bit challenging, so stick to easier options. If I’ve not given an option easy enough and you can’t remember an exercise option from past sessions, then leave out that exercise and go on to the next.
