Swiss Ball Core & Arms
Morning.
Today’s session is using the Swiss ball and weights to work the arms and core. We also work the legs and glutes a little bit.
If you don’t have a Swiss ball, you can use a chair or cushion for some of the exercises or nothing at all and do them on the mat as we usually do.
