Standing Pilates, Obliques & the Magic Circle
Morning.
Today we are using the magic circle to do some standing and oblique exercises. We are engaging the upper back more, working on balance, strengthening the feet and leg muscles and working the obliques.
If you haven’t got a magic circle, don’t worry, you can use a plump cushion.
