Weighted Upper and Lower Workout
Hello,
Today’s session is using the weights to work the upper body and glutes/legs a bit more. We start with standing exercises, and move on to exercises on the mat.
You can use light weights, I’m using 1kg in the video. Or you can do this with no weights, heavier weights, bottles of water, whatever you have lying around.
