Let's Get Foam Rolling
Morning,
Today is foam roller day. We are doing our Pilates exercises on the foam roller today. This is a great way to challenge the body as it has to work differently and a lot of balance is involved.
If you don’t have a foam roller, you can do nearly all of these on the mat without a foam roller.
