Working the Legs and Glutes

Morning everyone,
Hope you had a great weekend.
 
Today’s session is all legs and glutes. We start with some standing Pilates and then go onto the mat.
 
I use the magic circle for some of the exercises, you can use a small ball, swiss ball or a pillow for those exercises if you haven’t got a circle, or nothing at all.
