Magic Circle and Balance

Hello,

Today’s session is a Magic Circle session. We are using the Magic Circle to work on our balance, arms and back.

The Magic Circle sometimes adds a bit of resistance to make exercises more challenging, sometimes it gives you support to make exercises easier to do.

It is also a great way to see the differences to each side of the body.
