General All Over Pilates

Today’s session is a general all over Pilates session. A bit of core, a bit of glutes, a bit of back and a bit of upper body. 

We don’t do anything new or hard (although if you do need to take things slower or make them easier, make sure you do), it is a general mix of stuff we have done in the past.
