Strengthening the Back

We are working on strengthening the back as well as giving it a bit of a stretch.

Having a strong back is important for our bodies to be happy and our lifestyle can really weaken those muscles, as we are sitting a lot. This is a great way to get them activating and working. 

We also work the core and the arms a bit. 

One of the exercises has the option of using light weights, but it isn’t necessary.
