Strengthen The Back
We are strengthening the back. Having a strong back helps improve our posture, and it is great for our current lifestyles where we sit too much, look at our phones too much, just basically activities that weaken the back muscles.
When we do need to use our back muscles they will be strong enough to support us.
It is also a great way to work the core and make sure that is strong, which will again support us in whatever we are doing.
Strong posture also helps us keep our chest open and have a stance that makes us feel more confident.
