All Over Workout Using Props
Today we are having some fun with props. We are using the foam roller, small ball and magic circle to change up our exercises.
Most of the exercises you’ll know from before, but using the props means it allows us to notice where the differences are in the body, it helps us work on our balance, it requires different muscles to engage, and generally a great way to challenge the body.
If you don’t have any of the props, you can modify it to do without, or use an alternative, e.g. if using a small ball between the ankles, use a light cushion.
