BACK STRETCHES
Today’s video is all about stretching the front of the body and strengthening the back.
If you have any lower back issues, make sure you take it easy, add rests and stretches as you need to and make sure you are squeezing in the core muscles as that will protect the lower back. We want to work the back muscles without tension or strain.
I have used the small Pilates ball for a few of the exercises, if you don’t have one, use a towel, ball of similar size of any kind or do it without that addition.
