Leg Day
Morning.
Today’s session is focusing on the legs. We are strengthening and stretching the inner, outer thighs, the quads and the hamstrings, with a little bit of glutes. We are also focusing on mobility, so moving the leg in lots of different ways.
I’ve incorporated the band and magic circle into the exercises, but you can do this without or using a pillow.
