Standing Pilates
Hello!
Today we have lots of balance work and standing Pilates.
I was wondering whether to reshoot this as my balance was off. But I decided to post it anyway to show that sometimes our bodies aren’t at their best, which can affect balance, strength and flexibility. This can be due to too much exercise, not enough sleep, stress, generally run down, hormones, illness, drinking too much, not eating nutritious food. There are lots of reasons.
So always listen to your body and work with it, not against it, if you need to take it easier, then take it easier. You will still get a workout and you aren’t pushing the body in a way that can cause injury.
