Ease The Back
This is a great session for easing the back, whether it is feeling sore or a bit stiff. These are the gentle movements and stretches I have used over the years if my lower back is hurting or feeling stiff.
This is about loosening up the muscles in the lower back but also the other muscles that can be pulling on the back.
If your back is hurting take it easy with the movements and stretches. Do the ones that feel doable, and don’t push it, go to your limitations.
