Whatever is going on within you will affect the relationship. How you feel, the resistances and blocks that are being triggered, past experiences, all of that affects your relationship.
For instance, if your partner keeps doing something that goes against your boundaries, but you’ve not stopped it happening, it could be deep down their is a resistance that is stopping you being clear about your boundaries. Working on this will help you create stronger boundaries in your relationship.
You may not even be aware this resistance is there, running the show. But it is. This is what we want to uncover, and only then can you take the steps to change these resistances and change the outcome.
