More Flow

Hello,

I’m still in the flow mood, so today’s workout is another session flowing through the exercises.

It is more focused on the glutes, core and back of the body.

As always listen to your body, if something feels too much, don’t do it. With the flow videos I can’t always give as much modifications, so listen to your body. It is ok to skip an exercise.
