That got the heart rate up, definitely! It was good to cover all the different movements, helping me get back into doing them all again. When you do a double leg lift on the side , do you have your legs out at an angle or in line with the body?

With the side lying double leg lifts, the legs are more or less in line with the body. Maybe a tiny bit forward if it feels uncomfortable for them to be in a direct line, but not actively bringing the legs forward at an angle. My legs do look slightly forwards in the video, not sure if that is the camera angle or if I had them slightly forwards without realising.
