Glutes & Hip Mobility

We are working the glutes today in various ways to strengthen them.

At the same it is allowing us to work on hip mobility as we are moving the leg and hips in lots of different ways, which keeps the hip joint healthy.

Thanks for this, Ceza. The internal rotations felt stiff and tight but definitely getting stronger : )
