Stretching The Body

This session is to help you stretch the whole body, perfect if you are feeling a little stiff or have any aches or pains you want to gently stretch out. 

We are moving the body in a gentle way and holding stretches.

Any stretches or movements that feels too much (especially if you are sore) don’t do them.
