Advanced Pilates Class

This is one for those of you who have done Pilates for some time and want to challenge yourself with an advanced class. 

Be careful with the advanced moves, take your time, engage the core, make sure the right muscles are activating. Skip anything that feels too much.

That five series was sweaty! I attempted the full roll over versions. I feel like my stomach cramps when I do them but maybe I’m rolling over too far. I think I have started to get the hang of it : )

Hi Ceza, thanks for the advice, I will think about these points next time we do them. I have been using the small ball for support. I will stick with the easier options until I feel confident.
