Why I’m grateful for Pilates

Pilates has been so instrumental to my pelvic floor muscles. Giving birth left my pelvic floor muscles very weakened. The experience gave me a whole new understanding of their importance and why Pilates is amazing for the pelvic floor and for general fitness.
