One thing I’ve noticed with some clients is the inability to move the pelvis and lower spine in the ways we want in Pilates and also in a way that will keep the lower back and all the muscles supporting it happy.
Today we are moving the spine and giving the spine a stretch, also moving the pelvis and lower spine. Becoming aware of what our body is doing and how we move it.
